Obituary
Mrs. Louise Fleming Scott, age 79 passed away on December 27, 2007 at her home 3946 Waddill Street Winston-Salem, NC, following a period of illness.
Louise was born to the late John and Mamie Fleming. Louise was educated in the public schools of Forsyth County. Louise was married to the late James E. Scott, Sr. for forty-eight years. Out of this union four children were born, Helen D. Ashe, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by one daughter, Phyllis C. Scott; and two sons, James E. Scott, Jr., and Charles S. Scott all of Winston-Salem, NC; one brother Joe L. Fleming of Bridgeport, Connecticut; one sister- in- law Margaret Lyon of Winston-Salem, NC, and one brother-in-law, Willie E. (Shirley) Scott of Mocksville, NC; twelve grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild, and host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 31, 2007 at 12 noon in the Chapel of Russell Funeral Home. Internment will follow in Piedmont Memorial Gardens. Family visitation will be held at 11:00 am until 12 noon at the Chapel.
