Mr. Louis McKinley Eaton, Jr., affectionately known as "Lil Bro", passed away unexpectedly on November 25, 2011 in Greenville, TX.
He was born to the late Louis McKinley, Sr. and Helen S. Eaton on February 3, 1953 in Forsyth County, NC. He attended the local schools and graduated from RJ Reynolds High School in 1971.
He was of the Baptist Faith.
At the time of his homegoing, he worked for the Jack Dodd Construction Co. where he had been employed for 18 years. He was also a 20 year veteran of the US Army.
Along with his parents, Louis was preceded in death by his brother, Calvin Ray Eaton; and his niece, Beverly Louise Eaton.
He leaves to cherish his memories, two daughters, Rebecca and Victoria; two sons, Tyrone and Clifford; five grandchildren, Shanady Eaton, Denise Eaton, Dona Marie Eaton, Tre'von Eaton, and Tyrone, Jr., all of Fairbanks, AK; two sisters, Sandra Eaton and Brenda (Curtis) Smith of Winston-Salem; four uncles; six aunts; two nephews; three nieces; three great nephews; three great nieces; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30am Saturday, December 3, 2011 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lawrence Carvana officiating. Interment will follow in Piedmont Memorial Gardens. The family visitation will be held from 11:00am until 11:30am on Saturday at the funeral home.
