Obituary
Mr. Lloyd Julius Leonard, Sr. passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2008. He was born November 22, 1937 in Grapeland, TX to Lawyer Leonard and Homazel Leonard of Houston, TX. He attended Prairie View A&M College and received a B.S. in Industrial Education and was the President of Twin City Chrysler Plymouth in Winston-Salem, NC.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Mr. Leonard is survived his daughter, Monica (Peter) Williams; a son, Lloyd (Yolanda) Leonard, Jr.; his mother, Homazel Leonard; one brother, James Leonard; a special friend, Arlayne Tate; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12Noon Monday, September 22, 2008 from the Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Reverend Dr. Serenus T. Church officiating. The family visitation will be held from 11am until 12 Noon on Monday at the Church. Interment will take place in Houston, TX at a later date.
