Ms. Linda Leak Graham was born in Washington, DC on October 19, 1950 to Arthur Odell Leak and Judy Williams Leak. Linda peacefully departed this life on Tuesday morning, February 13, 2024, with her loving daughter by her side.

Linda was a 1969 graduate of Atkins High School and a graduate of Winsalm College and Davidson County Community College.

A lifelong member of White Rock Baptist Church, Linda served on the Spiritual Choir and the Missionary Board (Vice President). She also volunteered with the Kitchen Ministry and organized several church sponsored events.

Linda was currently employed as a Paralegal with Legal Aid of North Carolina for the past 43 years.  She also worked at JCPenney and CVS Drug Store.  She loved cooking, entertaining , spending time with family and friends and her Bookie Boo "Keaton."  She always showed compassion and was willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her loving sister, Mary Juanita Leak Blanco.

Left to cherish fond memories are her loving and dedicated daughter, LaKisha "Kisha" Graham; her siblings, Charles Leak, Odell (Lillian) Leak and Camille Worrell;  her nieces and nephews, Anthony, Norman, Tamar, Halima, Ashlea, Sam, Charlene, Amber, Brittni, Mychaela, Charles and Joseph; a host of forever friends; three men who were like sons, Kelvin, Harry and Jasper; and a host of other relatives.

A viewing will be held from 1:00pm until 5:00pm Monday, February 19, 2024 at Russell Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at White Rock Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Piedmont Memorial Gardens. The family visitation will be held from 12:00noon until 1:00pm on Tuesday at the Church.
