Ms. Linda Aora Atwater Farrow was born February 19,1945 in Durham, NC to the late Lewis Atwater, Sr. and the late Norinta Atwater. She was a 1964 graduate of Lincoln High School in Chapel Hill, NC.
She was a devoted member of Emmanuel Baptist Church until her health declined. Ms. Linda was a talented seamstress, making her son's clothes when they were very young. She loved to bowl, which she bowled on different leagues; baking specialty cakes for the holidays was another passion of hers.
She was also a member of Happy Hill Senior Citizens Club. She retired from Sara Lee Hosiery after 20 years of service.
Linda departed this life Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Speciality Select Hospital in Greensboro, NC.

She leaves cherished memories to her sons, Willie D. Farrow, Jr. (Karen), Shawn L. Farrow (Dolletta), and Terence L. Farrow of the home; nine grandchildren, Depatrick J. Warren, Kandace R. Nelson, Ranisha T. Nelson, Travon R. Farrow, Daquan L. Farrow, Terence J. Farrow, Shamiah V. Farrow, Monique J. Farrow, and Shawn D. Farrow; 12 great-grandchildren; three siblings, Juanita A. Belton (Jerome), Alexine A. Whitted, and Lewis Atwater; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends; and devoted friends, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Petree of over 50 years.

Memorial services will be held at 11:30am Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Emmanuel Baptist Church. The family visitation will be held from 11:00am until 11:30am on Saturday at the Church.
