Leonard Glenn went home to peace on Saturday, April 29, 2017.  He was born on November 26, 1942 to the late Wade and Catherine Glenn.  He was employed at RJ Reynolds and self-employed at Glenn Construction Company for over 30 years.

In addition to his parents, awaiting his arrival are his son, Leonard Bernard Glenn; brother, Bill Glenn; and sister, Nell Glenn.

He leaves to cherish his memory his former spouses, Shirley Glenn Jeffries and Brenda Glenn; five daughters, Kathy Glenn, Lynise (William) Birch, Cheryl Lane Glenn, Tonya Glenn (Timothy) Bess, and Candace (Robert) Collison; step-son, Kevin (Kathy) Matthews; five grandsons; three granddaughters; a host of great-grandchildren; two sisters, Earline Glenn and Mary White; sister-in-law, Barbara Glenn; one nephew, Timothy Glenn; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, plus many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Friday, May 5, 2017 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Keith Davis officiating.  The family visitation will be held from 1:00pm until 2:00pm on Friday at the Chapel.
