Mr. Leonard A. Carter, 27, was born 8-12-1990 and passed away 7-4-2018.  He was the son of Sterling & Shelby Carter.  Leonard attended the WS/FC schools and Forsyth Tech.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his grandparents; sister; and a host of aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel.  The family visitation will be held from 12:30pm until 1:00pm on Tuesday at the Chapel.
