Mr. Leon Denard Conrad, Jr., affectionately known to his family as "Junior" and "OTG-Goldmouth Lee" aka "Lee" to his friends, was born on Friday, December 13, 1996 in Winston Salem, NC to Taneezha R. Davis and the late Leon Denard Conrad, Sr. Leon Jr. departed this life on Monday November 13, 2017.

He attended the WSFCS and graduated from WS Preparatory in 2015. He played Pop Warner football throughout his life as well as AAU where he gained a lot love from a lot of coaches and team members. He loved to play basketball. There probably isn't a recreation center he hasn't played in. Leon loved to help people and make them feel better.

Leon was preceded in death by his father, Leon Denard Conrad, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Sharon D. Davis, Marie W. Smith, and Richard A. Davis, Sr.; and his cousins, Sanaa Davis and Yuhanna Johnson amongst others paternally and maternally.

Those family members who survive and will forever cherish fond memories of him include his loving mother, Taneezha R. Davis; grandparents, Wesley B. Branch (Jennifer), Sam Conrad, and Alice Conrad; great-grandmother, Willie Mae Davis; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 12noon Monday, November 20, 2017 at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, 4129 Northampton Dr. W-S, NC. Interment will follow in Piedmont Memorial Gardens. The family visitation will be held from 11:00am until 12noon on Monday at the Church.
