Obituary
Mrs. Leola Timmons Lyerly departed this life on Saturday, August 16, 2008 at the Oak Summit Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born July 12, 1923 in Cannon, GA.
She is survived by her children, Bradley (Doris) Timmons, Victoria (Mozell) Duncan, James Lyerly, Jr., and Margretta Lyerly; ten grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews; her sister, Mrs. Willie Mae Brown of Freeport, NY; one brother, Joseph Timmons of Winston-Salem, NC; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm Thursday, August 21, 2008 from the Ephesus Seventh Day Adventist Church. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 1:30pm until 2pm on Thursday at the Church.
