Obituary
Mrs. Lena Mae Samuel, 82 of 950 File St. Apartment D Winston-Salem, NC departed this life on July 5, 2008.
Mrs. Samuel was born and raised in Darlington, SC and was a faithful member of Genesis Victory Outreach Center in Walkertown, NC.
She will be greatly missed by her church family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Samuel, Sr.; mother, Ethel Green and father, Gat Green of Darlington, SC.
She leaves to cherish her memories four children, Levern (Renee) Samuel and Shirley Ann Holland both of Baltimore, MD, and Stephen (Wilma) Samuel, Jr. and David Samuel both of Winston-Salem, NC; one brother, Eugene Green of Richmond, VA; one sister, Carolyn Hodges of Detroit, MI; 56 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1pm Wednesday, July 9, 2008 from the Genesis Victory Outreach Center with Bishop Claude Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 12:30pm until 1pm on Wednesday at the Church.
