Mr. Lee Norman Scales, 70, was born August 14, 1944 in W-S, NC to Norman B. Scales and Savanah Scales. He went home to be with the Lord on June 22, 2015 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He retired in 2012 from Kaba Access Control, W-S, NC prior to his health decline.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Kirk V. Scales, Sr.

Left to cherish dear memories are his wife of 35 years and also his caregiver of the last 2 years, Geraldine Ingram Scales; two daughters, Norma Scales Hawkins (Paul) and Monica Devee Scales; son, Gregory D. Scales (Kim); nineteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; sisters, Rosalee S. Harris (Reginald), Elaine Scales (Bernard), and Diane Scales; brother, William Scales; one uncle Roosevelt Clark; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Macedonia Holiness Church of God of the Apostolic Faith, Inc. 4111 Whitfield Dr. W-S, NC 27105 with Bishop Dr. Robert L. Wise, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 1:00pm until 2:00pm on Saturday at the Church.
