It is with profound sadness, yet with the blessed hope of the day of resurrection that we announce the passing of our precious, Leah Colyne Brown.  Leah C. Brown, 43, of Winston-Salem, NC peacefully answered God's call on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at her residence.  She is the daughter of Rev. Dr. Leamon E. and Beatrice G. Brown; the proud and loving sister of Lemuel; and the aunt of Eli Brown.

A public viewing and visitation will be held from 6:00pm until 8:00pm Thursday, April 1, 2021 at First Calvary Baptist Church, 400 South Long Street Salisbury, NC.  Flowers may be delivered between 4:00pm-6:00pm at the Church on Thursday.

Funeral services will be held at 12noon Friday, April 2, 2021 at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, 1212 Dunleith Ave. W-S, NC.  Interment will follow in Rowan Memorial Park, Salisbury, NC.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Leah's honor to: The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 200 Vesey Street, 28 ^th Floor New York, NY 10281.

Viewing and funeral services will be in compliance with the State of North Carolina mandate. Please adhere to the social distancing guidelines.  All attending must wear a mask to enter the services.
