Mr. La'Montaye S. Rice, 36, passed away November 27, 2014. A native of W-S, he was born June 28, 1978 and attended various public schools including North Forsyth High School.

"Montaye" leaves to cherish his memories his parents, Catherine (Bobby) Rice and Ronnie (Angie) Cherry, Sr.; one daughter, LaTayia Rice; three sons, Joseph, Nicholas, and his unborn son Taye, Jr.; his Godson, Cameron all of W-S, NC; his siblings who will forever love him, Chablis "Tootsie", Ccharee "ReRe", Anjail "Angel", Kristina "Tina", Jarvaye "Shawn", Ronnie, Jr. "RC", and Anthony; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm Monday, December 8, 2014 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend James Wright officiating. The family visitation will be held from 1pm until 2pm on Monday at the Chapel.
