Obituary

Master King Isaiah Fisher of PO Box 999 Walkertown, NC went to his peaceful and eternal resting place on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Wake Forest Baptist Health after a meaningful filled 23 months of life. He was born March 21, 2012 in Winston-Salem, NC to Ada Hernandez and Robert Fisher.

King Fisher, affectionately known as "KINGY WINGY" was originally diagnosed with leukemia cancer in his third month of life. From the moment of the diagnoses, King always held his head up, kept a big smile on his face, and continued to fight. He was a child that approached nearly every day simply being happy. King lived his life not worrying about the day to day leukemia that wore on his body, but rather taking every waking moment he had to leave an everlasting, impression on all of our hearts.

"KINGY WINGY" touched more hearts, minds, bodies, and souls then most of us will ever in our lifetime; and that's something to rejoice about.
Time and time again, King endured rounds of chemotherapy, constant tests being run, and even fought cancer off three times, making him an unforgettable warrior. King will always be remembered for his crazy freestyle dancing, his constant love for cars and balloons, always playing with his mom Ada's cell phone, and screaming "Rooooobbbbbbbbb" whenever his dad wasn't home. He was an amazing son to Robert and Ada and now he is resting eternally by the still waters.

King was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Francenia Coles.

King is survived by his parents, Robert Fisher and Ada Hernandez; brother, Imanol Cruz; sister, Elia Cruz; grandparents, Robert Fisher, Jr and Francisca Noyola; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12noon Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Dr. Joe Houser officiating. Interment will follow in Gardens of Memory, Walkertown, NC. The family visitation will be held from 11:30am until 12noon on Wednesday at the Chapel.
