Kevin Jermaine Stout was born on December 20, 1980 in Bluefield, WV to Nathaniel Stout and Carria Shearer Stout. He was a graduate of West Forsyth High School and attended North Carolina A&T and Forsyth Technical Community College.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Evelyn Day, Annie Pearl Stout, Henry Stout and Sebert Gambill; his aunts, Valeria Stout, Rosemary Stout, Lillie Mae Gambill, Edna Gambill, Annie Rose Gambill, and Jennie Vee Gambill Dominquez; and his uncles, Robert Gambill, Rufus Gambill, and Randolph Gambill.

Kevin was an outgoing person who never met a stranger and loved life.  He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Nathaniel and Carria Stout; his Brother and Sister-in-law, Nathaniel and Jennifer Stout; his Aunts and Uncles, Reverend Mable and Stephen Bryson, Leon and Theodora Stout, Judy Gambill, Jessica Stout, Jeremy Stout, Mary Day and Angela Day Carper; his Nephew and Niece, Nathaniel Stout, III and Trinity Stout; and a hosts of cousins and friends who became family because when you were in the "Circle" you were family.

The celebration of Kevin's life will be held at 12:00noon Saturday, September 1, 2018, at Greater Church (formerly known as Greater Cleveland Avenue Christian Church) located at 5095 Lansing Drive, Winston Salem, NC 27105 with his pastor, Aldine Ingram of Steadfast Life Changing Ministries officiating. Interment will follow in Woodland Cemetery.  The family visitation will be held from 11:00am until 12:00noon on Saturday at the Church.
