KeOnna Tarae Roberson, aka "KeKe" & "Jordan", 26, passed away early Sunday morning, November 25, 2018.  KeOnna was born December 11, 1991 to Vaughn Bestor and Donna L. Roberson of Chicago, IL.

KeOnna was a student within the W-S/Forsyth and Gaston County School Systems, graduating with honors within her GED program from Forsyth Tech Community College in May 2012.  KeOnna continued to further her education having attended the University of VA at Lynchburg and Forsyth Tech Community College.  KeOnna participated in various basketball teams between school and church.  She was a big fan of Michael Jordan and became a collector of "anything" Michael Jordan.

She joined St. Peter's Church and World Outreach Center in 1995 and accepted Jesus as Lord of her life on September 23, 2001.  She became part of the children's church and youth ministries for many years.  She was loved by many and touched many lives.  She would go out of her way to help anyone.  KeOnna will be missed, but always be remembered for her special bubbly, goofy laugh that was contagious.

KeOnna was preceded in death by her father, Vaughn Bestor.

KeOnna leaves to cherish her memories and celebrate her life her mother, Donna; uncle, Gregory; aunts, Kathy, Diann, and Denise; a host of cousins and friends; and a special friend, Ja'Mica.

Funeral services will be held at 12noon Saturday, December 1, 2018 at St. Peters Church & World Outreach Center.  Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park.  The family visitation will be held from 11:00am until 12noon on Saturday at the Church.
