Mr. Jules Montane Giles of 1385 Tyndall Street, Winston-Salem, N.C., departed his life on Friday, November 13, 2009. He was born July 3, 1967. He was a 1985 graduate of West Forsyth High School and was employed at Haywood Industries and Cooks Flea Market.
Jules was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Giles, Jr.; and his step-father, Angus Lowery, Sr.
He is survived by his loving wife Tammy Giles of the home; one daughter, Nakeisha Giles; three grandchildren, Jakeire, Kashiya, and Kei'Mar Montane Giles; his mother, Doretha P. Lowery; four brothers, Clifford (Debra) Giles, III, Darryl, Antonio Giles, and Angus (Linda) Lowery, Jr.; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Seretha Johnson; aunts, Mrs. Alice Haynie, Mrs. Hymirria Turner, Mrs. Evette (Willie) Hauser, Mrs. Mamie Weldon, Mrs. Cliffie (James) Hill, and Mrs. Cinder Reed; one uncle, Mr. Ronnie (Sharon) Johnson; brothers- in- law, Aaron Leach, Tyrone (Nicey) Leach, James (Kenya) Leach, Timothy Smith and Donald Galloway; Sisters- in-law, Penny Leach and Lori Taylor; mother- in- law, Mrs. Mary (James) Horne; father-in-law, Mr. Aaron (Shirley) Hall; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm Friday, November 20, 2009 from the Union Baptist Church with Reverend Dr. Sir Walter Mack, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 1pm until 2pm on Friday at the Church.
