Juanita Owens Nelson of Pittsburgh, PA peacefully departed this earthly life to be with our Lord and Savior on Monday, December 13, 2021 at the age of 101.

Juanita is preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur Nelson; and daughter, Jacqueline Nelson.

She is survived by her children: Diane Dalton Booe of Walkertown, NC, Nora Smith and Kevin Nelson of Pittsburgh, PA; four grandchildren: Danielle Dalton Jones of Walkertown, NC, Denita Dalton of Atlanta, GA, James Norman Smith and Jenine Smith of Pittsburgh, PA; six great-grandchildren; and one great, great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at Carrone Baptist Church in Pittsburgh, PA at a later date. Memorials and Flower Arrangements can be sent to White Memorial Chapel in Pittsburgh, PA.
