Mrs. Juanita Alsbrooks Montgomery, 87, departed this life on Monday, November 7, 2011. A native of Forsyth County, she was born June 4, 1924.
She retired from Western Electric Company after 28 years of service. She was also a faithful, dedicated member of Dreamland Park Baptist Church.

Juanita Montgomery was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vontana and Earlie Alsbrooks; and her sister, Ms. Warjunia Alsbrooks-Wall.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Mr. Fred Montgomery; 2 daughters and one son, Barbara A. Cain (Algefields), Franklin Brown (Valeria) both of W-S, NC, and Marlene Henderson (Walter) of PA; one sister, Verte Foggie (Thomas) of W-S, NC; 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am Friday, November 11, 2011 at Dreamland Park Baptist Church, 2340 Dunbar Street, W-S, NC with Rev. Ronald C. Fisher officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 10:30am until 11:00am on Friday at the Church.
