Ms. Juanita Martin, born June 28, 1934, was called home to be with the Lord on
June 4, 2013.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Henry, Sr. and Mattie Martin; and two siblings, Theodo Massey and Edward Martin.

Surviving are one brother, John H. Martin; one sister, Carol Martin; one daughter, Diona Woods Barrett; two granddaughters, Briona Barrett and Brittony Barrett; one grandson, Benjamin Barrett; great-grandchildren, Amari, Peyton, Nassir, and Adrai; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm Monday, June 10, 2013 at New Light Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Samuel P.L. Hickerson officiating. The family visitation will be held from 12:30pm until 1pm on Monday at the Church.
