Mrs. Juanita Ramona Haywood known to family and friends as "Penny Wilborn," began her life March 8, 1956 as the forth of eleven children born to Mrs. Esther Mae Wilborn and Mr. Grant Lorenza Young. She departed this life on Saturday, March 8, 2008.

Left to cherish many dear loving memories are her husband, Oscar Haywood; three children, Torrianna Wilborn, Caprece Wilborn, Tiffany Haywood, and Stephano Haywood all of Winston-Salem, NC; mother, Mrs. Esther Mae Wilborn of Winston-Salem, NC; father, Grant Lorenza Young of Wilmington, DE; nine sisters, Barbara Wilborn, Joanne Kirkland, Jonie Nicholson, Cheryl Barr (Gordon), Robin Byers, Shawanna Engram (Kelvin), Kendra Austin, Rhonda Wilborn, and Shasha Wilborn all of Winston-Salem, NC; two brothers, Johnny Wilborn (Barbara) and Lorenza Wilborn all of Winston-Salem, NC; mother-in-law, Catherine Haywood; three brothers-in-law, Burt Haywood, Jerry Haywood, and Clyde Haywood; two sisters-in-law, Emma Miller and Betty Smith; eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild; and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm Saturday, March 15, 2008 at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Samuel J. Cornelius officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Family visitation will be held from 12 noon until 1 pm Saturday at the church.
