Joye LaFaye Jordan departed this life on August 24, 2010 after an extended period of illness, Joye was born August 14, 1977 in Winston-Salem, NC.
Joye accepted Jesus Christ as her personal savior and lived her life as a true testimony to the faithfulness of God's will for her life. She will be truly missed by her family and friends.
Ms. Jordan is survived by her two children, Nykiem and Micah Jordan of the home; her parents, Janet (Wayne) Lockhart and Johnnie (Deborah) Jordan III.
Funeral services will be held at 1pm Monday, August 30, 2010 at Calvary Baptist Church, 5000 Country Club Road Winston-Salem, NC 27104. Interment will follow in Piedmont Memorial Gardens. The family visitation will be held from 12noon until 1pm on Monday at the Church.
