Mr. Joseph C. Timmons, 75, departed this life on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at Oak Forest Health and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born November 2, 1940 in Winston-Salem, NC to Harry and Bessie Timmons.
He was the last of 8 siblings, who preceded him in death.
He is survived by his nieces, Victoria Timmons Duncan (Mozell) and Margretta Lyerly; and a host of nephews and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 12:00noon Thursday, September 22, 2016 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. The family visitation will be held from 11:30am until 12:00noon on Thursday at the Chapel.
