Obituary
Mr. Johnny Bush, 64, of 115 New Haven Drive , Lexington , NC departed this life on Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at Lexington Memorial Hospital . He was born on September 9, 1943 in Rowan County , NC to Aaron Bush and Ruby Hill Bush.
He attended the Rowan County School System and was the founder of Bush Builders Construction Company.
Mr. Bush was a member of New Zion Baptist Church in Linwood , NC .
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister.
Left to cherish his memories are his devoted wife, Ella Bush of the home; one son, Jonathan Bush of Greensboro, NC; five sisters, Gracie Smith and Jeanette Bush both of Lexington, NC, Claudine Perkins and Anna Belle Goodson both of New York, and Ruby Lee Goodson of Winston-Salem, NC; two brothers, Freddie Bush of New York and Benjamin (Melanie) Bush of Winston-Salem, NC; his mother-in-law, Grace Bryson; and a host of in-laws, special cousins and friends, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3pm Sunday, November 4, 2007 from the New Zion Baptist Church , Clark Road , Linwood , NC with Reverend Moses Caldwell officiating and Reverend Philemon A. Samuels eulogist. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery . Family visitation will be held from 2 pm until 3 pm Sunday at the church.
