John Alexander "June" Conrad, Jr., 69 of 1242 Lyndale Dr. Winston-Salem, NC passed away June 26, 2015 at his residence following an extended illness. He was born February 10, 1946, in Winston-Salem, NC to John and Doretha Conrad.

John graduated from Carver High School and worked at R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company for several years and went on to retire from the City of Winston Salem.

In addition to his parents John was preceded in death by his daughter, Paris; and his sister, Sarah Conrad.

Survivors include his loving wife, Lisa Conrad of the home; son, Anthony Conrad (Nicole); daughter, LaTonya Murray and devoted son-in-law, Perry Murray; twelve grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; special mother-in-law, Ann Singeltary (Leo); three brothers, Samuel Conrad (Brenda), Michael Conrad (Inell), and William Conrad (Gwendolyn); three sisters, Barbara Miles (Walter), Roberta Blue (Lonnie), and Doris Fleming (Johnnie); and a host of other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at 3:00pm Friday, July 3, 2015 at Capernaum Church of Christ, 8806 Lasater Rd. Clemmons, NC with Brother Alan Brown officiating. Interment will follow in the Capernaum Church of Christ Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2:00pm until 3:00pm on Friday at the church.
