Obituary
On Friday, November 9, 2007, our Lord and Savior called Mr. Joe Henry Smith, Jr. home to his eternal resting place. Joe was born on January 13, 1947 to Mr. Joe Henry Smith, Sr. and Mrs. Marrow Smith.
He graduated from Paisley High School .
He was preceded in death by his mother and one nephew, Hausan Smith.
Left to cherish fond memories of Joe are his wife, Sabrina Hazel Smith; one son, Shawn LaReece Jenkins and his wife Stacey Greene Jenkins; two grandsons, Amiri and Ajene all of Greensboro, NC; his father, Mr. Joe Henry Smith, Sr. of Winston-Salem, NC; four sisters, Barbara Smith, Priscilla Reid, Dilthra Patton, and Sandra Smith all of Winston-Salem, NC; two brothers, Terry Smith and Darius Smith both of Winston-Salem, NC; and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11am Thursday, November 15, 2007 from the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. The family visitation will be held from 10:30am until 11am on Thursday at the Chapel.
