Ms. Jo Ann Frazier, 58, passed away January 23, 2020.
Funeral services will be held at 12:30pm Thursday, January 30, 2020 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop Robert Gaston officiating. The family visitation will be held from 12noon until 12:30pm on Thursday at the Chapel.
