Jimmie Lee Wilson went on to glory on March 8, 2017. He was born March 14, 1946 to Hattie Ruth & Ulysses Wilson, Jr. He attended the public schools & retired as a shipping supervisor of Winston Weaver in W-S.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his grandsons, Corey J. Wilson & Jeremy I. Johnson.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Jacqueline H. Wilson; two daughters, Michelle (Michael, Sr.) Robertson & Jeanette A. Johnson; five grandchildren, Jerome (Christina) Wilson, Paris Wiley, Tamara Harris, Michael Robertson, Jr., & Janiyah Johnson; three great-grandchildren; five brothers, Sylvester, Sr., Donald, Sr., Rickie, Reginald, & Jonathan (Trina) Wilson, Sr.; three sisters, Annette W. Connelly, Wanda (Larry) Irby, & Mona Wilson; & a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Apostle Thomas Wilborn officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
