Obituary
Mr. Jesse N. Oree, 74, of Winston-Salem, NC passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at his residence.
He was born on December 1 1932 in Winston-Salem.
Surviving are his wife of 30 years, Ruth Phelps Oree of the home; two sons, Raeford (Cynthia) Oree and Nathan (Valerie) Oree; one daughter, Pam (Ric) Monroe; one aunt, Gracie Burwick; three uncles, Clarence (Geneva) Simmington, Connell (Mary) Simmington, and Garthalee (Lillie) Simmington; one sister-in-law, Virginia (George) Howell; one brother-in-law, Ernest (Verniel) Phelps; a special God-son, Brian Suiter; one special sister, Faye Carmon; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 5, 2007 at 1:00 PM from the Reynolds Temple CME Church with Reverend Sandra Gripper officiating. Interment will follow in Piedmont Memorial Gardens. The family visitation will be held from 12 NOON until 1:00 PM on Monday at the Church.
