Mr. Jesse Lee Oakes, 49 was born June 16, 1965 and passed away April 20, 2015 at Forsyth Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 12noon Saturday, April 25, 2015 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the St. James United Methodist Church Cemetery, Rural Hall, NC. The family visitation will be held from 11:30am until 12noon.
