Obituary
Mr. Jesse James Hines, 83, was born in Steeles, NC and passed away peacefully on January 18, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center.
He was a dedicated member of Goler Memorial AME Zion Church. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, received a National Defense Service Medal, was a USAF Freemason, and a member of the ELKS.
He is survived by his spouse of 44 years, Deloris L. Hines; and a host of children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Monday, January 23, 2017 at Goler Memorial AME Zion Church, 620 N. Patterson Ave. W-S, NC 27101 with Dr. George Banks officiating. The family visitation will be held from 12noon until 1:00pm on Monday at the Church.
