Mr. Jeremy "SHERM P" Shermel Phifer, 26, passed away suddenly on January 30, 2013.
Funeral services will be held at 1pm Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 5pm until 7pm Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel
