Jeremy Isaiah Johnson was born in W-S, NC on April 14, 1991 to Woodrow and Jeanette Johnson. He graduated from East Forsyth Senior High School in 2010 and worked at Five Guys Restaurant where he was loved and admired by his employer and coworkers. Throughout W-S people thought that Jeremy was a very bright young man with impeccable manners.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Cynthia Gentry Wilson; maternal great-grandmothers, Ella Mae Gentry Boone and Hattie Pryisock Wilson; fraternal grandmother, Gloria Richardson; and a loving cousin, Corey Jermaine Wilson.
He leaves to cherish his memories his loving parents, Woodrow and Jeanette Johnson; five sisters, Paris Wilson, Janiyah Johnson, Tamara Harris, Dajah Johnson, and Caresha Darby; fraternal grandfather, Woodrow Wilson Johnson, Jr.; maternal grandparents, Jimmie Lee and Jacqueline Wilson; fraternal great-grandmother, Estella McFaddon; a devoted aunt, Michelle (Michael) Robertson; two loving cousins, Jerome (Christine) Wilson and Michael Robertson; a devoted, lifelong soulmate "ride or die", Tacoya Becoat; a devoted Godfather, Curtis Wilborn; a devoted best friend "BFF", Porshanna Campbell; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Greater Cleveland Avenue Christian Church with Prophet Thomas Wilborn officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 1:00pm until 2:00pm on Saturday at the Church.
