Jeremiah "J5" Scales was born November 25, 2002 in Winston-Salem NC to Andrea Scales and Jesse Oliver. On June 3, 2022, Jeremiah departed this life to be with his eternal father in paradise.
A viewing will be held from 1:00pm-5:00pm Friday, June 10, 2022 at Russell Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Union Baptist Church, 1200 Trade St. W-S, NC 27101. Interment will follow in Gardens of Memory, Walkertown, NC. The family visitation will be held from 12noon until 1:00pm on Saturday at the Church.
