Mrs. Jennifer L. March, a native of Winston-Salem, NC was born to Eugene Attucks, Sr. and the late Linda A. Attucks. Jennifer was called home on February 6, 2011 after a lengthy illness.
She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.
Jennifer was a graduate of Forsyth Technical Community College as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
She was known for her cheerful personality, which will forever echo in our hearts. She will be dearly missed and treasured. Her smile never failed to light up a room.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her brother, Eugene Attucks, Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Markowitz March; stepdaughters, Niyana Johnson and Ariyana March; stepson, Markowitz March, Jr.; sisters, Vanessa Attucks, Phyllis Attucks, Casaundra Smith, Yvette Attucks, and Marie Smith; nieces, Jessica Attucks, Gabrielle and Gillian Smith, and Madolyn and Mallory Smith; nephew, O'Keith Attucks; brother-in-law, Joe Smith; aunts, Dorothy McCollum and Betty France; uncles, Robert Smith, Jr. and Grady Smith; and a host of cousins, friends, and Dallas, her beautiful Pekingese.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Monday, February 14, 2011 at Emmanuel Baptist Church with Dr. John Mendez officiating. Interment will follow in Gardens of Memory, Walkertown, NC. The family visitation will be held from 12noon until 1:00pm on Monday at the Church.
