Mrs. Jeanette Bell Russell, 93, born September 19, 1925 in Great Falls, SC, the daughter of the late Willie and Rebecca Bell.  Mrs. Russell, affectionately known as "Gee", passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2019 shortly after ten o'clock in the morning.

She lived a wonderful life in Los Angeles, CA, working as a seamstress and then a mother and wife to Eddie C Russell and Eddie Russell. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Eddie C Russell, whom she dutifully stood at his side during the late stages of Alzheimer's until 2008; five sisters, Thomascina Pittman, Mary Caldwell, Berinia Kennedy, Verline Baskersville, and Annie Washington; and brother, Horace Bell.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving son Eddie Russell; granddaughter, Callie Russell; sister, Naomi (Leroy) Logan; brother, Howard (Rosetta) Bell; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, many other relatives, friends, and neighbors across the nation.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00noon Saturday, July 27, 2019 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Gardens of Memory, Walkertown, NC. The family visitation will be held from 11:30am until 12:00noon on Saturday at the Chapel.
