Mrs. Jean Hope Carter Clemmons was born January 23, 1940 to Alma Hairston and Frederick Carter in Martinsville, VA. She passed from Earth to Glory on July 22, 2011 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC.
Continuing to love her and keep her memory close are her daughters, Karen Clemmons Garner (Mitch) and Denise Clemmons Reynolds; and son, Maurice Antwaun Clemmons.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at St. Matthew Apostolic Church with Bishop Joseph Lowery officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 10:30am until 11:00am on Tuesday at the Church.
