Baby Jaxon LeWayne Jones expired October 28, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center.
He is survived by his loving parents, Vida LeWayne Jones and Tiffany Purvis Jones of the home.
A memorial service will be held at 1pm Thursday, November 4, 2010 at Greater St. Matthew Baptist Church, 149 Wheeler Street with Reverend Stephens officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 12:30pm until 1pm on Thursday at the Church.
