Jasmine James, 13, was born December 4, 1999, in Tarboro, NC. She passed away suddenly on June 29, 2013.
Her life will be remembered in a homegoing service at 11am Friday, July 5, 2013 at United Metropolitan Missionary Baptist Church, 450 Metropolitan Drive, Winston-Salem, NC. The family visitation will be held from 10am until 11am on Friday at the Church.
The family would like to express their sincere thanks to each of you for your many acts of kindness through your prayers, cards, calls and other love donations provided during this time. May God bless you and be with you always.
