Jasmine Reni Allen was born February 24, 1998 to Shemel Mercer and Donald Carter in Winston-Salem, NC. She transitioned from this earthly life to her spiritual one on February 25, 2021.

Jasmine graduated from Glenn High School in 2016 and was a member of the Dance Team and the band.

She went on to Job Corps in hopes of obtaining her phlebotomy degree.

Jasmine was a wonderful loving mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, and friend.

She is survived by her daughter, Xzyia-Rose Allen; mother and father, Shemel Mercer and Donald Carter; sister, Aisa Allen; brother, Donald Carter, Jr.; grandparents, Billy (Dena) Mercer, Rosa and John Leath; uncle, Jamar (Crystal) Leath; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Private services will be held Sunday, March 7, 2021.
