Mrs. Janice Lynn Manning Young, 63, affectionately known as "Tiddy Bit", of 3411 Old Vineyard Rd. #E3, quietly departed this life on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at her residence. "Tiddy Bit" was born on October 28, 1950 in W-S, NC to the late Narvell and Catherine Manning.

Janice attended Anderson High School, was a CNA until her health failed, and was a member of Ministry for Christ Church. She was a woman who truly loved her family and she had a spirit that made everyone feel special in their own way.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Urica Manning; one sister, Brenda Brown; and one brother, Roger Brown.

Janice leaves precious memories to her husband, Thomas Bernard Young; two daughters, Uvette Manning Stroud (Andrew) and Umetrice Manning; one son, Derrick Manning; one step-daughter, Rachal Knox; sisters, Jacqueline Brown, Sylvia Brown, and Phyllis Manning; one brother, Christopher Ginyard; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm Monday, December 16, 2013 at Ministry for Christ Church with Bishop Andrea M. Nash officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 12:30pm until 1pm on Monday at the Church.
