Jamon Terrell Eubanks, age 21, of Winston-Salem, NC, tragically lost his life to gun violence on September 13, 2024. Born on March 26, 2003, he was a vibrant young soul whose potential was cut short by this senseless act. Jamon was sweet, caring, and determined. From a young boy he was always taking things apart and putting them back together. As young kid he had a love for legos, hot wheels and basketball. He loved the outdoors and never wanted to be cooped up in the house. He loved working on his car and fixing anything that went wrong with it, just gave him joy and determination. He was an aspiring mechanic just like his great grandfather and his dad. He had a smile that just brighten the room. He loved to joke and laugh. Jamon was intelligent and would always show a person the quicker better way to get something accomplished. He was a leader and always had kids at the house feeding them food. He always had our refrigerator open to all of those he would bring to our home.
He was a graduate of RJ Reynolds High School. Jamon was an avid Baltimore Ravens and Golden State Warriors fan!
Jamon Terrell Eubanks will be remembered for his infectious energy, quick wit, and the warmth he brought to the lives of those around him. A son, brother, and friend, he touched the hearts of many with his kindness and generosity.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sharon Eubanks; grandfather, George Eubanks; great-grandfathers, Howard Robinson, Sr. and Robert McCullough; and his great-uncle, Howard Robinson, Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Patrice Hall; father, James T. Eubanks; siblings, Jamesha, Jamara, James, Jr., Jameir, Mia, and and Malia Eubanks; grandparents, Walter and Patricia Hall; great-grandmothers, Elizabeth Robinson and Lois McCullough; aunts and uncles, Candace, Lataja, Walter J., and Chrystal Hall; many cousins including Keyshawn, Mariah, Jasohn, Lauryn, and Ian; and a host of great-aunts, great-uncles, other relatives, and friends.
