Mr. James D. Jackson Sr., 78, passed Saturday January 10, 2015 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.

He is survived by his wife, Hazel Lee Jackson; daughter, Hazelina Johnson; son, James D. Jackson, Jr.; four grandchildren, Genya Harris, Daniel Johnson, Christopher Johnson, and Quincy Johnson; four brothers, Charles Jackson, Robert Jackson, John Jackson, and Benjamin Jackson; two sisters, Rosetta Pauling and Edna Pauling; one aunt, Pauline Hackley; and a host of nieces , nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 12noon Friday, January 16, 2015 at Ephesus Seventh Day Adventist Church with Pastor Godwin Mitchell, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 11am until 12noon on Friday at the Church.
