Mr. Henry C. Williams was born to the late Henry Isaac Williams and Daisy Ree Howell Williams in Winston-Salem, North Carolina on May 19, 1957. He departed this life on October 13, 2022.

He was a graduate of RJ Reynolds High School in 1976.  He worked at RJ Reynolds seasonal program. He worked his way up to machine operator and then to machine technician.  He retired in 2015, with 35 years of service.

Henry was a good father, friend, and provider. He would always want to tell you the right thing whether you wanted to hear it or not. He never met a stranger and would talk to everyone. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Linda Williams Nance and Shirley Ann Williams Nichols.

Those family members who survive and will forever cherish loving memories of him include his wife, Melinda Roberts Williams; his children whom he truly loved and adored, Delvin (a wonderful daughter-in-law, Ashley Williams) and Dhana (Minister Kevin Stewart); five grandchildren, Laylah, William, Victoria, Savannah and Bryson; one sister, Joyce Williams; two brothers, David (Gloria) Williams, Kenneth (Hattie) Owens and (Son, nephew) Harold Roberts; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12:30pm Sunday, October 23, 2022 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Kevin Stewart officiating.
