Hattie Ruth Fuller born in Rock Hill, SC and moved to Winston-Salem, NC at an early age, departed this life on Tuesday, July 12, 2011. She was educated in the local public schools and retired from the former Knollwood Hall Nursing Home. She was a member of St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church.
She leaves to cherish her memories two daughters, Dorna Walker and Nina (Milton) Eller of Winston-Salem, NC; three sons, Tyrone McCorey, Ponzell Fuller, and Reginald Fuller of Winston-Salem, NC; three sisters, Bobia McCorey of Manhattan, NY, Viola Thompson and Maggielene (Frank) Oglesby both of Winston-Salem, NC; one brother, Walter McCorey of Winston-Salem, NC; ten grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30pm Monday, July 18, 2011 at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend James Rowdy officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 1pm until 1:30pm on Monday at the Church.
