Harvey Wade Williams was born in Winston-Salem to George W. and Essie W. Williams on October 30, 1942.  He passed away May 11, 2017 at Oak Forest Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a brief illness.

He graduated from Atkins High School and attended Forsyth Tech.  He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and retired from Wake Forest Baptist Health Printing Services.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Conrad H. Williams and Tony G. Williams; and one sister, Irma W. (Alton) Woods.

Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Rosetta C. Williams; four children, Michael O. Chisholm and Venessa Williams of W-S, Stephanie W. (Aaron) McCullum of Durham, and Phillip T. (Regina) Williams, Sr. of Hopemills; granddaughter, Brittany L. Williams; four grandsons, Joseph McCullum, Jason McCullum, Nasir Mahaman, and Phillip Williams; three brothers, Terry L. (Alesia) Williams of Virginia, Jimmel C. (Larriane) Williams, and Paul D. (Marilynn) Williams; one sister, Judy W. Donovant of W-S; three sisters-in-law, Barbara (Fred) Morris, Brenda Chisholm, and Alisa (Frank) Steele; brother-in-law, Albert (Denise) Steele; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. His memory will be cherished by all who loved him.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00pm Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. The family visitation will be held from 1:00pm until 2:00pm on Tuesday at the Chapel.  Online condolences can be made at www.russellfuneralservice.com (RUSSELL)
