Mr. Harrell Alfonzo Hairston of 519 West 20th Street, Winston-Salem, NC went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 18, 2007. He was born on March 25, 1966 to Harrell Brabham and Claudette Hairston.

He was a graduate of East Forsyth High School and attended Winston-Salem State University. He worked at Chick-Fil-A until his health would no longer permit him to work. Harrell was a member of White Rock Baptist Church in Winston-Salem, NC for 24 years and attended Mount Nebo Holiness Church of God in Jonesville, NC.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Harrell leaves to cherish his loving memories his wife, Tabitha Denny Hairston; one son, Ha'rrell Denny Hairston; three daughters, Jasmine Denny Hairston, Ambrosia Denny Hairston, and Crystal Crawford all of Winston-Salem, NC; five brothers, Lee (Michella) Hairston, Ricardo (Annette) Glenn, Darrell Glenn, and Michael Glenn all of Winston-Salem, NC and Christopher Cole of Detroit, MI; six sisters, Angela Walters, Valerie (Norris) Cheeks, Tonya Glenn, Ayana Granderson, Kenya Glenn and Yantama Glenn all of Winston-Salem, NC; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm Thursday, May 24, 2007 at Phillips Chapel Baptist Church with Elder Wallace Hairston officiating and Bishop R.C. Bryant eulogist . Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 12noon until 1pm on Thursday at the Church.
