Gwendolyn Jones Fulp entered her heavenly home Monday, November 22, 2021. She was born October 1, 1939 in Winston-Salem where she remained a resident. She loved her family, shopping, cooking, and working in her yard.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie McBride Jones, Sr. and Dollie Corine Jones; her sisters, Annie Deloris Burnett and Beverly Jones Little; her brother, Donald Lee Jones; her sons, Kevin Lavon Fulp and George Jalando Fulp, Jr.

She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, George Fulp, Sr.; her sons, Barry Maurice Fulp, Bryan Keith (Carol) Fulp, and Andre Lavon Fulp; her daughter, Beverly Slade; her brother, Willie Jones, Jr.; a sister-in-law, Laura Jones; a brother-in-law, Nate Little; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A viewing will be held from 1:00pm until 5:00pm Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Russell Funeral Home.

Private funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 1, 2021. Entombment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park.
