Gloria Jean Gregg, 53 died March 17, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center.
Survivors include her father and stepmother, Thomas and Natalie Mingo of Baltimore, MD; one sister, Cora Lee Gregg of Winston-Salem, NC; one brother, Dr. David J. Yates of Grovetown, GA; two stepsisters, Cynthia Mingo and Melinda Lane of Baltimore, MD; two stepbrothers, Sergeant First Class Thomas Mingo, Jr. United States Army-Iraq and Mark Mingo of Baltimore, MD; a loving and devoted aunt of Winston-Salem, NC, Dorothy Gregg McDaniel; one niece, Shanta Gregg of Durham, NC; two nephews, Ron Gregg of Winston-Salem, NC and Justin David Yates of Evans, GA; and a host of devoted cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Albert M. James, Senior Pastor of Second Providence Baptist Church-North Augusta, SC officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The body will lie in repose at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 as well as from 1:30pm until 2pm on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 as the family receives friends.
