Mr. Gerald McGee Spencer, loving Grandfather, Father, Uncle, Cousin, Friend and a Fighter passed away on October 17, 2024. He was born in Philadelphia, PA on January 4, 1952, and raised in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, ultimately residing in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

He was still an active employee at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist High Point Regional Medical Center where he worked as a Psych Nurse on the Behavioral Health Floor.

He is survived by his mother, Ms. Eleanor Banks; his 5 children; Reginald O. White, Jerrell C. Spencer, Brandon K. (Barbara) Spencer, Mikayla E. Spencer and Niah D. Spencer; 1 grandson, Gannon O. White; 2 siblings, Michael Lott of Maryland and Judith Spencer-Harrison of California; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00am Saturday, November 16, 2024 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel.
